Dr. CH. Krishna Murthy
Designation:N.D (Diploma in Naturopathy)Dr. CH.Krishna Murthy honoured as "Nature Gandhi". He treated most of the people particularly poor and economically backward who are suffering with chronic diseases i.e. Astama, Diabetes, Hemeperisis, Ulcers, genito urinary disorders, Lung disorders, Obesity, Epilepsy, Peripheral and Protozoa disorders, etc., and he was also a Vice-Chairman for All India Nature Cure Federation, New Delhi since 1991.
Dr. Chiluveru Krishna Murthy born on 5th June, 1930, in a remote Village Thammadapally in Warangal District of Andhra Pradesh. He is now around 84 years old. His mother late Rangamma and Father late Ramaiah. He completed his primary education in his native village, then shifted to district headquarters for his high school education, then after he is able to find out his own unique nature in Naturopathy through yoga and Meditation. He is spiritual right from birth and trained under his parents. He learned yogasanas, started teaching yoganasas in his village and gradually spread training in the urban area of Warangal city. While practicing yoga and meditation he found that most of the people particularly poor and economically backward are suffering with chronic diseases, and they were unable to go to big hospitals and corporate hospitals to cure the diseases like all chronic diseases i.e. Astama, Diabetes, Hemeperisis, Polio, Ulcers, genito urinary disorders, Lung disorders, Obesity, Epilepsy, Peripheral and Protozoa disorders, etc.,
At the age of 20 he started serving the poor and the downtrodden people. In 1958 he obtained Diploma in Naturopath. Then after he started regular treatment by taking a rented room in Warangal city. For the outstanding services of Dr. Krishanmurthy, the then District Collector Sri K. MadhavaRao and other Government officials allotted 4 acres of land for construction of Nature Cure Hospital to serve the suffering people. Presently the Kakathiya Nature Cure Hospital developed to 100 bedded hospitals is the Nature Cure Hospital in the state of Andhra Pradesh, later Government Nature Cure Hospital Hyderabad.During the year 1981-84 Dr. Krishna Murthy’s successfully undertaken a research scheme in Hydro therapy sponsored by Central Council for Research in Yoga and Naturopathy, New Delhi. He is the editpor and writer of three books.1) TharunaRogamuluPrakruthuChikistha 2)Arogyadarshini and 3) Yogasanamulu in Telugu. He also started a monthly magazine to educate the masses about Naturopathy, yoga and physiotherapy. The Magazine bagged state level awards for two times for its services and continuum.
Heist freedom fighter and a social worker as Commander of National Volunteers in 1948, under the scheme of Mahatma Gandhi Constructive program. He held near about 23 positions in various organizations has a general Secretary, Chairman and president etc.
He was also a Vice-Chairman for All India Nature Cure Federation, New Delhi since 1991 and also s Senate Member of International University for Naturopathy, New Delhi. Dr. Krishna Murthy during the year 1973 under the leadership of late MurarjiDasai, the former Prime Minister of India visited European Countries namely Italy, France, England, Switzerland, West Germany to propagate Philosophy of Nature Cure and Yoga. Later he visited Nepal in 2004 and Pakistan 2006.
